Here still survive old trades, popular music, song, tales, job tools, typical costumes, it is in these typical expressions, that they assume characteristic and original aesthetic features, giving so the idea of tradition and values of our people. In this place are born agricultural products and works of the intellect that are so rare to the point of being unique; chestnuts, olive oil, mushrooms, pecorino cheese, caciocavallo, "burrini", sacked, fournace products, wine, the "peschiole", roast chestnuts, mint and pumpkin marmalades.
